About RestockCop
RestockCop is an online monitoring and notification service operated by MrazForce Build s. r. o. for selected Pokémon TCG stores and products.
Service description
RestockCop may provide restock, availability, preorder, price and product-link alerts, product search features, and private watchlist functionality. RestockCop does not itself sell the products it monitors.
Membership and subscription
Paid membership provides access to the features included in the selected plan and may require a Discord account for delivery of certain functionality.
Discord access
Some RestockCop functionality is delivered through Discord. Members are responsible for maintaining access to their own Discord account, and access to member-only Discord roles or channels may be removed when the paid membership ends.
Pricing, billing and renewals
The current advertised membership price is €9.99 per month, unless another price is clearly shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Payment processing, subscription management and related checkout services may be provided through Whop or another payment provider clearly identified at checkout.
Cancellation
Members can cancel through the membership or payment management options provided to them. Cancellation prevents future renewals, while access will normally continue until the end of the already paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Refund rights, if applicable, are subject to mandatory consumer law and any additional conditions clearly disclosed at checkout.
Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the service, interfere with monitoring, attempt unauthorized access, resell or share restricted membership access, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Service availability
RestockCop relies on third-party stores, websites, Discord, hosting infrastructure and other external services. Alerts may occasionally be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Third-party stores and links
RestockCop is independent from the monitored retailers unless expressly stated otherwise. Product prices, stock information, listings, shipping, orders, refunds and fulfilment are controlled by the relevant retailer.
Intellectual property
The RestockCop brand, website content, service interface and original materials belong to or are lawfully used by MrazForce Build s. r. o. Pokémon, retailer trademarks and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension or termination of access
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing of membership access, or serious violation of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RestockCop does not guarantee that an alert will result in a successful purchase and is not responsible for retailer stock changes, price changes, missed purchases or third-party retailer actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Slovak or EU law. Where legally required, information about statutory withdrawal rights and applicable exceptions will be provided during the purchase process.
Changes to the service
Features, store coverage and these Terms may change. Material changes affecting an active paid membership should be communicated where required by applicable law.
Governing law
The service is operated from Slovakia and these Terms are governed by Slovak law, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
