Who controls your personal data
MrazForce Build s. r. o. operates RestockCop and is the controller of personal data for processing activities where it determines the purposes and means of processing. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with RestockCop, we may process your Discord user ID, username and related account information needed to provide Discord access; membership and subscription status; feature usage needed to operate the service; private watchlist entries and products selected for monitoring; support messages and information you voluntarily provide when contacting us; payment, transaction and billing metadata received from the payment or membership provider; and technical information reasonably required for security, troubleshooting and operation. RestockCop does not intend to store full payment card numbers.
Discord information
Discord is used to provide member access, alerts, bot functionality and private watchlist notifications. RestockCop may use identifiers and other information necessary to associate a user with their membership and provide these features.
Private watchlist and service data
Private watchlist data may include products or searches selected by a member and the member’s Discord identifier so RestockCop can deliver private alerts. This data is used to operate the requested monitoring and notification features.
Payments and Whop
RestockCop intends to use Whop for payment processing, subscription and membership management. Payment card details are handled by Whop and/or its payment partners and are not intended to be stored directly by RestockCop. Whop and its payment partners may process personal data under their own privacy terms and may have separate legal responsibilities for some processing activities.
Website and technical data
When users visit restockcop.com, technical data may be processed where necessary for hosting, security, error diagnosis and website delivery. RestockCop does not intentionally use advertising trackers or optional marketing analytics unless they are specifically introduced and disclosed. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced in the future, appropriate consent controls will be provided where legally required.
Why we use personal data
Personal data may be processed to provide RestockCop membership and features; authenticate and manage Discord access; deliver alerts and private watchlist notifications; manage subscription status; provide customer support; maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud; comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations; and maintain and improve the reliability of the service.
Legal bases
Depending on the processing activity, processing may be based on performance of a contract where it is necessary to provide a paid RestockCop membership; legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, service operation and troubleshooting where those interests are not overridden by user rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where legally required, for example for optional non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Not all processing is based on consent.
Service providers and recipients
Information may be shared only where necessary with service providers used to operate RestockCop. Current or intended providers may include Discord for community access, roles, bot functionality and delivery of alerts; Whop and its payment partners for payments, subscriptions and membership management; Framer for website hosting and delivery; Websupport for business email services; and hosting or VPS infrastructure providers used to operate the RestockCop monitoring and bot systems.
International data transfers
Some service providers may process information outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers will be used. This policy does not claim a specific transfer mechanism for any provider unless verified.
Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing RestockCop, maintaining accounts, resolving disputes, security, and complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations. Retention depends on the context and the purpose for which the information is held.
User rights
Where applicable under the GDPR, users may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Privacy requests can be sent to support@restockcop.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as RestockCop, its providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
